Cascadeur Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Cascadeur Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by Nekki Limited (“Cascadeur”, “we”, “us”). By signing up to the Program or accepting these Terms in the partner portal, you (“Partner”, “you”) agree to be bound by them.

The Program runs on the Tolt platform. Tolt tracks referrals, calculates commissions and acts as our payment agent for payouts. By joining you also accept Tolt’s Affiliate Payment Agent Terms. Where these Terms and Tolt’s terms differ on promotion rules, attribution or commission eligibility, these Terms prevail.

2. Eligibility and enrollment

The Program is open to individuals and companies that promote Cascadeur to their own audience: content creators, educators, studios, communities and publishers.
 

• We may approve or reject any application, and may suspend an approved account, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.
• Employees and contractors of Cascadeur and Nekki may not participate unless agreed with us otherwise.

3. Commissions, attribution and payouts

Commission. You earn a commission on the first payment made by a new customer you referred. By default, renewals, upgrades and later payments by the same customer are not commissionable. For partners who consistently bring us quality customers we are open to individual, more generous terms — get in touch. The current commission rate, cookie window and payout schedule are shown in the partner portal.

Who counts as your referral. A customer is attributed to you only when they purchase after clicking your personal referral link or after entering your personal promotion code at checkout.
 

• Attribution is tracked by Tolt. A customer stays bound to the first partner link that recorded them.
• A purchase made with another Partner’s promotion code is not commissionable for you, even if the customer clicked your link. The commission for that purchase belongs to the Partner whose code was used. We may reassign such commissions at any time.
• A purchase by an existing Cascadeur customer, by you, your company or your employees is not commissionable.

4. Promotion rules

Allowed. Promote Cascadeur through content you create and control: videos, tutorials, streams, courses, articles, newsletters, social posts, communities and your own website. Use the Program’s promotion materials or your own honest description of the product.

Prohibited. The following are breaches of these Terms:
 

1. Paid search and brand bidding. Running ads on Google, Bing, YouTube or any other search or ad network that target the keywords “Cascadeur”, “Nekki”, their misspellings, or any phrase containing them (including “Cascadeur coupon”, “Cascadeur discount”, “Cascadeur pro”). Paid ads on non-brand keywords are allowed.
2. Ad hijacking. Copying, imitating or outbidding our own advertising, or placing ads that could be mistaken for official Cascadeur ads.
3. Coupon and deal sites. Publishing promotion codes on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher websites and apps, or in search-optimised “coupon” pages, forums or social posts built to intercept customers searching for a discount, unless agreed with us in writing.
4. Codes that are not yours. Publishing, sharing or using any promotion code that was not issued to you personally, including codes of other Partners, internal or time-limited Cascadeur codes, or codes found online.
5. Self-referrals and fake customers. Buying through your own link or code, or arranging purchases through related persons, bots or incentives that do not reflect real demand.
6. Impersonation. Presenting yourself as Cascadeur, Nekki, their staff or an official reseller; registering domains, social handles or pages that could be mistaken for official ones.
7. Misleading claims. Advertising discounts, features, prices or availability that we have not confirmed; posting “exclusive” or “verified” offers that do not exist.
8. Spam and prohibited channels. Unsolicited email, mass messaging, forced redirects, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, typosquatting, adult or illegal content, or placing links where the audience did not opt in to receive them.
9. Incentivised traffic. Offering cash-back, rebates or part of your commission to customers as an incentive to buy through you, unless agreed with us in writing.

If you are unsure whether a method is allowed, ask us before using it.

5. Review, rejection of commissions and suspension

We monitor referral traffic and commissions and may audit any Partner account at any time.

If we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a commission was generated in breach of Section 4 or does not meet the attribution rules in Section 3, we may:
 

• reject the commission before payout, or reverse it if already approved;
• withhold pending and unpaid commissions while the review is open;
• reassign the commission to the Partner whose promotion code was used;
• suspend or terminate your account, in which case all unpaid commissions are forfeited;
• instruct Tolt to withhold or stop payouts to you.

We will tell you the reason for a rejection or suspension. You may respond within 14 days; our decision after that is final. Commissions already paid for purchases later found to breach these Terms may be deducted from future payouts.

6. Term, termination and changes

These Terms apply from the day you join and until either party ends participation. You may leave the Program at any time from the partner portal; approved commissions earned before that date are paid on the next payout date. We may end your participation at any time with notice; if we end it for breach of these Terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

We may change these Terms, commission rates, the cookie window or the payout schedule. Changes are posted in the partner portal and take effect 14 days after posting, or immediately for changes required by law or to stop abuse. Continued participation after that date means you accept the changes. We may require you to re-accept the Terms in the portal before further commissions are paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency or joint-venture relationship.
