- Direction Trajectories
Similar to the regular Translation Trajectories, this trajectory type renders the selected object’s trajectory relative to its parent, in Global space.
Enabling Direction Trajectories
The Direction trajectory can be rendered the same way the Translation and Rotation trajectories - by turning on one of the Trajectory rendering modes and switching to the Direction trajectories mode:
Using Direction Trajectories
This feature is useful for visualizing an object's trajectory relative to its parent. For example, you can track the trajectories of the Direction and Additional points to check for their pitch and roll.
Direction trajectories can also be used in combination with the Trajectory Edit Mode and the Trajectory Tangents, to get additional control of the trajectory for the point controllers that can’t visualise the tangents with the Translation trajectories on, like some of the Directional and Additional point controllers.
