Cascadeur's API has a "call_action" method, which allows calling the commands included in the Main Menu.
Here's an example of a script that performs the "Undo" command from the "Edit" menu:

As you can see, the user has to call the "call_action" method through the Action Manager and use a specific ID belonging to the needed action. To use the "call_action" method, you would need to know the action's ID.
