This example shows character feet pinned to their positions
Some elements of the character rig can be fixed (or, pinned) at their positions. A fixed part will not change its position when you work with the rest of the object, allowing for more precise control over the character's pose.
The following types of objects can be fixed:
Fixing a box controller will fix every point controller that is associated with it.
To fix/unfix a controller, select it and press R.
Fixed controllers are colored red in the Viewport.
They can be moved, rotated or scaled with Manipulators.
