Pose reversing

Hi, Really interesting software that I'm starting to learn. Is it possible to reverse a pose by selecting all the point controllers? For instance I'm doing a walk cycle and my first frame is left leg forward, right leg back, right arm forward, left arm back. So now I want to reverse that pose automatically to complete the cycle. Is that possible? This would be an awesome feature. Thanks!

For clarity I've attached an image of a key frame that I want the reverse contact pose of. so basically now I want the Left leg back, right leg forward, right arm back, left arm forward. Could you please explain the process to me so I can do this? This would be really great thanks!

Don't worry, its actually really easy to do. [LIST] [*]Select a key frame [*]Select all points of your character (e.g. by *** the root point on the base of the spine) [*]select a mirroring plane (e.g. YZ axis) [*]select "Mirror on current frame". That's it.
