My Very First Animation With Cascadeur (Idle Cycle)

I don't know how to attach character's hand on her Hips during breathing. And little confuse when I delaying the Spine Animation.(I'm a Character Studio user..) Maybe I shoud watch the turtorial again..... [ATTACH]n1985[/ATTACH]

You can copy the arm's position in relative to pivot mode (choose as a pivot one of the hips point) then paste this position to all selected frames (Shift + Alt + V)
